Excellent service, quick and efficient

I had realised I needed an ESTA visa the night before travelling so I panicked immediately. Thank god it was such an easy and quick process. I got the results in about an hour!

It was really easy to order my ESTA for travelling to the US, the form was all completed within one page and they gave me all the information I needed about travelling. I think it was approved within an hour for the emergency order. Will 100% use next time.

Accessing the site was straightforward, even for someone like me (aged 75) is not familiar with completing important online documents. But if you missed something are did not answer correctly this was clearly identified so it could be corrected. After completion I was kept advised on the status of my application and received confirmation of it's approval two days after submission, even although this was at a weekend. Very impressed at the efficiency and courtesy of the process.

The process was easy and the turn around response very quick

The representative I spoke to was very clear and helpful. In effect, she did not resolve my problem, but I don't think it was within her power to do so. My ESTA had been revoked, no idea why, but I applied for a new one and she showed me how to find my page on the ESTA website. It was approved. So, a bit of a mystery as to why it was revoked in the first place, but she wasn't in a position to give me an answer for that. I would still REALLY like to know, because it freaks me out a bit that it could suddenly be revoked for no apparent reason.
