Soooooo happy with everything I was looking for at this company! Recently through 2 different vendors, I had paid for a product and never received anything almost right after paying. That said, I was reading the reviews for this company, saw the name Eliza mentioned a few times by different peiple, in reference to the customer service. It got me to check out the site and read some more and when I emailed a couple questions that I had, I got a reply, from Eliza, within a few minutes. Just being 1 customer and spending only a little money for my order this time, Eliza made me feel important, invited me to ask any questions if I had any. But overall for me, I won't go through any other vendor now, and will order again soon, looking forward to another professional experience from mimosaroot.com. It says in the shipping description to give them 12 to 21 business days(but usually much faster) I ordered on the 7th of December and it’s the 20th and I still don’t have a American tracking number just says in transit shipped from Germany… so all together it takes much longer to get the shipment then there implying.

Shipped to the US within reasonable time of order 14 days actually without error packaging is nice The die seems pretty fresh I will update review after dilution

A shop run by a young couple who absolutely know what they're doing. Eliza is a very patient woman who will help you out in case you have any pre or post sales query, and she actually does it with all her heart which is evident by her very detailed responses! There's just a certain spark doing business with people who actually respect their customers and not just the money This was my first order with them (southeast asia) and i will absolutely not look for ANY other vendor. 1,2,3,4,5,6th purchases we're of terrific quality . There was an issue with the 7th purchase but when I contacted customer service they immediately responded and told me they would take care of me and resend my order. Great company and they really do take care of their customers.

I mistakenly ordered Mexican instead of Brazilian MHRB, but customer service responded quickly to my inquiry to ensure that I would receive the correct order. After my order had reached US Customs & was stagnant for a few days, they quickly reassured me that my order was not being held & then began to send me tracking notifications as it proceeded through the various facilities that USPS tracking doesn't even provide. Overall it took a little over 2 & 1/2 weeks to receive it here in Florida. The quality of the product is absolutely incredible. The freshest I've ever seen.

I order 1 and they gave me a different 1 and then told me it's the same they just switched labels... thats false advertising to me

Very little else to say. I've ordered from a variety of vendors over the years and will never order anywhere else. BTW, I very rarely leave any reviews and I was not asked. One of the few times I felt it necessary. If anything happens to this vendor, I will not be happy.

Absolutely perfect, always arrives safely, I’ve gotten 850 grams twice, great quality, nothing bad to say.

There was a mistake in my order when i sent a payment and said that it didn't go through, however it was sorted out quick when i reached out and they gave an extra 50g for free for the inconvenience. One of the best customer services!
