After being scammed multiple times attempting to find MHRB of excellent quality I'm truly grateful to have found this website, and ultimately an end to unreliable sourcing. Being in the uk, certain regulations make obtaining certain organic dyes a nightmare, but I've ordered a kilogram of MHRB (Brazilian) with half optimism, and really did not expect it to be at my house within around 5 days. I absolutely will be returning very soon, and I've already passed the word to the many groups of fellow dyers I'm associated with. Thank you guys.

Good quality product....oder arrived on time....responds to questions right away.

Just bought a kilo for the first time with you. 870 grams, IN the package still, so powder itself probably 850-860 grams, still short 140 to 150 grams. I just emailed customer support regarding this error to see how we proceed. The quality of the bark itself is great! However, this is one of the pricier companies I've found and if I'm spending almost 200 a kilo, I expect it to be a kilo. I will edit my review pending your response

I ordered some shredded bark for my buddy who tie dyes for christmas. Unfortunately I ordered it too late and there was an issue with the shipping label, but the company responded quickly to my emails and have so far been very helpful.

I ordered a product from Mimosaroot and unfortunately, it got lost in the mail and didn't arrive for nearly four months. I reached out to customer service, and Eliza responded quickly, offering to send a replacement package right away. The replacement arrived soon after, and surprisingly, the original package also showed up a bit later. I offered to pay for the second package, but Eliza kindly refused, showing exceptional generosity and customer care. I was impressed by how she handled the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend Mimosaroot for their amazing service and dedication to their customers! You WILL GET YOUR PACKAGE!

Delivery took a long time, but was well worth the wait. I´m enjoying the results and will order again in the future.

The chaotic and quite frankly vague shipping process has been stressful and uninformative. I still haven’t received shipment although being promised it’s on the way.

Other than waiting time for it to get delivered it's Great quality I would recommend it to my friends

Product is excellent. they follow through with any problem. I don't care what anyone say. i have had problems with shipment. several times. They did not even hesitate and had a replacement in mail and made sure i received, and fast... poop happens and for a reason. we just have be patient. I appreciate all the effort. The product is as good as it gets. I recommend 100 percent they know what they're doing. have a fun day

UK order took 7 days tracked. Can't ask for much more. No issue receiving via Royal Mail. Dye power is extremely fine and well packaged. Thank you for including the dye ratios. Contact via customer service was friendly and honest. Looking forward to ordering more. All the best

Soooooo happy with everything I was looking for at this company! Recently through 2 different vendors, I had paid for a product and never received anything almost right after paying. That said, I was reading the reviews for this company, saw the name Eliza mentioned a few times by different peiple, in reference to the customer service. It got me to check out the site and read some more and when I emailed a couple questions that I had, I got a reply, from Eliza, within a few minutes. Just being 1 customer and spending only a little money for my order this time, Eliza made me feel important, invited me to ask any questions if I had any. It says in the shipping description to give them 12 to 21 business days(but usually much faster) I ordered on the 7th of December and it’s the 20th and I still don’t have a American tracking number just says in transit shipped from Germany… so all together it takes much longer to get the shipment then there implying.
