Product ordered and am constantly updated with tracking info. Never had any problems with this store. The product for the most part is very consistent, Only once I had the product not perform as I expected but it could of been anything. Out of everything I ordered from these guys it would be less than 3% of the total I ordered since using them. Overall I do have to say that this is the best store with the best product and I have only order from this store for the last 16 months.

So I have been buying from this company for over a year now and always find the team to be very helpful if any issues arise, Eliza always goes above and beyond if an issue happens. I have had a few problems with courier companies through no fault of the guys but they always resend what you brought again with no addition cost and often will provide extra bark for any inconvenience caused, so I cannot find fault and its a pleasure to be able to shop with confidence in this day and age where other vendors fail. Bark is usually spot on, hence why I have been a loyal customer. Keep up the good work, its a pleasure using your company x

Same as any other legal mail. Package was perfect and in a cardboard box for safety. The product was also in the same perfect condition. Love this place been with them 6 years now. Never any issues!
