After reading some of the reviews of Mimosaroot I ordered up a bag to see if it was as good as everyone seemed to be saying. Shipped to the US within reasonable time of order 14 days actually without error packaging is nice The die seems pretty fresh I will update review after dilution

A shop run by a young couple who absolutely know what they're doing. Eliza is a very patient woman who will help you out in case you have any pre or post sales query, and she actually does it with all her heart which is evident by her very detailed responses! There's just a certain spark doing business with people who actually respect their customers and not just the money This was my first order with them (southeast asia) and i will absolutely not look for ANY other vendor. 1,2,3,4,5,6th purchases we're of terrific quality . There was an issue with the 7th purchase but when I contacted customer service they immediately responded and told me they would take care of me and resend my order. Great company and they really do take care of their customers.

I mistakenly ordered Mexican instead of Brazilian MHRB, but customer service responded quickly to my inquiry to ensure that I would receive the correct order. After my order had reached US Customs & was stagnant for a few days, they quickly reassured me that my order was not being held & then began to send me tracking notifications as it proceeded through the various facilities that USPS tracking doesn't even provide. Overall it took a little over 2 & 1/2 weeks to receive it here in Florida. The quality of the product is absolutely incredible. The freshest I've ever seen.

I order 1 and they gave me a different 1 and then told me it's the same they just switched labels... thats false advertising to me

Very little else to say. I've ordered from a variety of vendors over the years and will never order anywhere else. BTW, I very rarely leave any reviews and I was not asked. One of the few times I felt it necessary. If anything happens to this vendor, I will not be happy.

Absolutely perfect, always arrives safely, I’ve gotten 850 grams twice, great quality, nothing bad to say.

There was a mistake in my order when i sent a payment and said that it didn't go through, however it was sorted out quick when i reached out and they gave an extra 50g for free for the inconvenience. One of the best customer services!

I was elated with the results of my initial purchase for my first time venture in this field. The results were excellent in all aspects. I cant attest to the consistency of the product in multiple orders, but its safe to say there should be little to no variance in them with the amount they appear to be distributing. It's comforting to see from other reviews that had I encountered any problems they would have been rectified by the company.

It's not just the product you receive, it's also the care they have to make things right. Eliza had been so helpful to me on multiple orders. She makes things right. There's a couple negative reviews here, but from what I can tell those people don't know what they are doing. This place is the only thing you need.

I did notice a difference between the Mexican and the Brazilian mimosa and I love the Brazil
