Super god service!!

Da jeg så at min pakke ved et uheld ikke var blevet sendt den dag jeg forventede det, skrev jeg til dem på mail og spurgte om vi kunne finde en løsning. Jeg fik en besked på min tlf. allerede mindre end 1 time efter, selvom klokken var 11:50 om aftenen. Jeg skulle blot skrive min adresse så ville de sende det ups så jeg kunne få min pakke til tiden! Got what I came for and then some.

Original package had insane shipping time on it (damn covid). I was worried it was lost. Customer Service guaranteed me it would be OK. They reshipped a package anyway! Replacement arrived in a week, original package arrived a week or so later (close to 90 days total). Though I haven't had the opportunity to work it into anything yet, I have no worries it wont be an amazing dye. This company really cares about is customers.

Nothing to extract from this product, meaning it’s either A: not pure MHRB or B: has already been used for extraction, either way it should absolutely have been made clear before sale.

Update 12-03-2021: Order got delivered in 10 buisness days. Customer is happy and promised to update the review. Dear E, thank you for your order! We were quite shocked from the review, that you left on our website. And surprised that you haven't contacted us not before the order nor after. (You have made your order yesterday! So 1 day after you decide to leave this bad review) We are a fully legit business, who is extremely open with our customers. 1) Your order was packed and shipped in a timely manner. The banner on the main page clearly states, that we are shipping from EU, so as shipping info page. German Post -> USPS. Meaning, that we shipped your order from Germany with German Post and it will be handled by USPS once it arrives in States. (Total transit time about 14 days) 2) Today it was accepted in one of the German post offices, in a couple of days the tracking will change to "processed in Frankfurt" - main international postal hub (please use "Tracking history" drop down on the website of USPS). https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=RC607061589DE 3) In around 10 calendar days it will be in NY. The whole page of USPS website will start updating and you will see estimation delivery time provided by USPS itself. 4) 2 months transit time were for packages that were shipped by ocean freight (choice of a carrier) due to shortage of commercial flights during the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers were notified. We handled all the queries quick and in the favor of our customers. Furthermore we are not supplying any bogus tracking links. All the delivery horror stories now I’m worried...

I just ordered mine so haven’t experienced problems yet but from all the bad reviews I am worried. Ordered from these peopl cause they the only ones who receive credit card and a good price but I should’ve thought about ordering from another country. Especially Germany when the product already comes from America... the tracking said arrived at USPS in Germany.... how is the US post office in Germany?? Lol and doesn’t say what city where it just says “GERMANY” .... and not only but that it arrived at 10:53am when it was still 8am here and 2:30 over there ??? The tracking doesn’t make sense. And on another review they gave a link to some bogus postal site. So now I’m worried from all the bad reviews I’ll never even get it. Or take 2 months?!? I should’ve ordered I think from a US based vendor. Sorry but it just doesn’t sit right with me how everything seems. I’ll change my review if it all turns out alright.
