Fast, Quality, Well Packaged

Got a lot of dye out of this root bark on first try. Fairly fast shipping for international. Had some issues with delivery due to signature requirement, but that's on the postal service. Smells different than I was expecting, but dye yield was impressive. Highly recommend.

Good packaging and quick shipping

The dye came well packaged and looks good. Shipping was quick with tracking from their end but unfortunately due to covid it took a while to arrive internationally (no fault of theirs). 100% would buy from again.

Good company, good product

Delivery took about 10 days to get to Norway. I received very good and fast responses from a few questions I had so I'm very satisfied with customer service. After working with the product I can attest it is a very good quality dye that has very good yield for all painting jobs. I got a lot out of it and my walls are looking beautiful! If you're looking to bring color to your life this is the dye you need! Peace, Love and Light

Still waiting

Placed this order well over month and a. half and still got nothing in the mail. Sent through DHL but. Can't even track the shipment once it hit my country you would think DHL in Canada would know any Thing. Feel little cheated over here.

Dear Paul, We have send you a refund. And we have sent you a replacement shipment. That you couldn't track your shipment at DHL is logical since we are not using DHL. We are using the German post, which can be tracked on the website of Canada post as soon as it arrives in Canada :-)

Exhausting!

Pre covid I would give this company 10 stars. That being said it's NOT THE SAME! Ive now been waiting for 2 months for order 14969 and since the forth of November the tracking hasn't changed. I check for my product daily and have emailed the company multiple times only to receive sorry followed by kind words. This product is one of the best out there hands down. But youd think a loyal customer as myself could get a better response or I know how about getting my product that paid for in late October to my doorstep as promised.

Please note that the company is still the same, trying to help our costumers with kind words where we can. The global situation however did change, which means most of our shipments are travelling by boat instead of cargo plane. Excellent product - long wait time

They forewarned that shipping would take a while so I’m not upset about it. Product worked beautifully and was easy even for a first timer to create stellar results with! Would buy again
