Update 12-03-2021.
Customer received refund and replacement shipment. Customer promised to update review once everything was whole again. Customer decided not to do that....

As you can see from the tracking the order arrived in States and was processed through the system, it was handed in to the agent on the 3rd of November.

That means that you were not at home at the time of delivery. "Agent" is a family member, roommate, etc who lives at the same address or neighbor, reception if you leave in the apartment building, university etc. That's an official info from the website of USPS. Though you probably should have known that as entrepreneur yourself with lots of advice given to us before, how to run the business.
We are kindly asking you to think, who could have accept you package on the 3rd of November and ask around. Parcel is discreet white mailbox (23×15×3 cm) parcel with a brown sticky tape around it, and with a label on top.
We hope that everything will work out and your package is waiting for you very near. If it's not the case, please contact USPS/local postal office for clarification https://www.postallocations.com/ca/reseda/reseda.
