While there were delays in shipping, the product arrived within a reasonable time and was as advertised.

Somehow half my package got lost in shipping and they were so kind as to quickly return my missing have no questions asked and even added an extra gift to it for free to make up for a mistake that was most likely not their own. Then after my replacement package had been delayed and I inquired about the issue, they went above and beyond to get me the information that was needed and when the package finally arrived everything was perfect!!! I can’t express my appreciation enough for all their kind emails and complete understanding of the situation , not to mention their speedy resolution. Lifetime customer for sure

I did have to wait a long time for my purchase to arrive but it was a result of extraordinary circumstances outside of my control or theirs.
