All I can say is that we shipped your order with priority mail on the same day that you ordered. I can see that there hasn't been any update on the tracking number ever since. We're really sorry about that, but please also realise its beyond our influence. (This is also why we switched to a new shipping method)
We anyways went ahead and sent you a replacement shipment with our new 3-4 day express shipping method
If you would have contacted us before we could have solved it earlier for you, normally communication needs to occur before one can judge that somebody deserves an insufficient review.
