Wonderful customer service!

My package was initially seized by US customs, but Mimosaroot did everything that they could to make up for it. After a short delay, I received my package and couldn’t be happier with the company. The product is a bit niche, but I’ll be sure to recommend them to anyone I can!

Hi Alex, we had some problems with Fedex, we decided not to offer this shipping method anymore. Like also discussed with you we went a head an send you 4 times the amount you have initially ordered to make up for your lost time. I can see that this new shipment has been delivered already! Never received my package.

Wonderful service. HIGHly recommended.

I have yet to process the dye, but the service has already proved to be wonderful. I thought the package had not been delivered and their response was fast, well communicated and extremely supportive. Turned out it was my friends fault, having put it somewhere 'safe'. Anyway, I look forward to using the dye and if its anything as good as the folks it has come from, it should yield 'spectacular' results. Many thanks.

Cheap, convenient, with amazing customer service

I placed an order on february 2nd, and it arrived on the 24th. This was mostly due to it being held at customs for 12 or 13 days, which I don't blame on the seller at all because they have no control over that. I had a couple questions during shipping that I needed to ask, and whenever I had a question I got a prompt response within 15 minutes.
