My first order got lost in the post and after two weeks of waiting I decided to contact the supplier via email, the response was immediate, Koen was very professional, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, with little to no fuss a new order was sent out to me which arrived in 3 working days and came in a box that was small enough to fit through my letter box so I didn’t have to be at home waiting for a delivery. Will definitely use again.

The bark arrived, was perfectly powdered with no chunks, and I used it for my project with great results. I'm happy with my purchase. Shipping was a little high and took a while, but that isn't the companies fault, I just live in the US so it's to be expected. Arrival took about a week.

Top class MHRB vendor. Sets the standard that others should aim for. Brilliant communication, swift dispatch and the very best quality product. Highly recommended.

Suggestions

At the time of writing, PostNL is their default carrier. PostNL handed off my package to Yodel for UK delivery. Neither of these companies inspire any confidence whatsoever. I spoke to the vendor who says they can use DHL upon request, and this is what'll I'll do for future orders
