My first order with this company, arrived very quick with no problems in shipping. The second order seemed to have hit a snag or got lost in shipping. When the company noticed the issue, they sent another package, which got to me with no problem. I never had to contact the company about the issue, which was great and very much appreciated.

Support was really helpful and helped me with ordering. Also provided me with 10% off coupon. Shipping was excellent. Took some time, but eventually reached me. Product was well packed and intact when it was delivered. Although the quality was a bit lacking compared to what I read online, it was fine cause I don't really expect them to check color of every single batch. Bad batches happen.
