My first order with this company, arrived very quick with no problems in shipping. The second order seemed to have hit a snag or got lost in shipping. When the company noticed the issue, they sent another package, which got to me with no problem. I never had to contact the company about the issue, which was great and very much appreciated.

Product was well packed and intact when it was delivered. Although the quality was a bit lacking compared to what I read online, it was fine cause I don't really expect them to check color of every single batch. Bad batches happen. Amazing quality

After I made my purchase my order was shipped very quickly, however there was a hold up when it was coming into the United States. It ended up being a Covid-related shipping issue, but when I contacted them, they reshipped my entire order free of charge, and even told me I may end up receiving both packages! And that’s exactly what happened. They were more than happy to help me and now they have themselves a customer who will always come back.

The process was simple and the product was as described on the website so I ordered again from them and I plan on ordering again in the future.
