Our 10y.o. kid was very stressed when out of the blue seizure happened for him. Initially he didn't get what happened, but after some time the stress came and he was a bit nervous getting to sleep every night (he has the type of epilepsy that comes in the first phase of sleep). When we got NightWatch device and the plush owl mascot attached to it = he was really curious and eager to start using the device. After a couple of weeks I saw in the device reports that his stress levels were reduced and he sleeps now more calm knowing that the owl never sleeps at night and takes care of him (therefore the toy is always sitting at his bed watching over him). The device is very sensitive and from time to time brings up some false alarms, but we think that it is be better to have rare false alarms because of too high sensitivity rather than miss an important event.

I found out about nightwatch after spending countless hours researching devices that would help my family with our youngest child’s epilepsy. I reached out to the company once it was available in the United States (where we are located) and was met with care and compassion. All of my questions were promptly answered with kindness and insight. I would definitely recommend this company and the device to everyone. After many years of sleepless nights and feeling defeated, I can honestly say I sleep better knowing my daughter is safe and I will be notified in the evening she has a nocturnal seizure. We have bought this night watch as my daughter started to have night episodes with seizures which are hard to hear when we sleep. It is very traumatic experience, and we were super worried we miss any of those. So, in the end we decided to go for this watch as it gives at least some level of control with the situation. I am really happy we started to use NightWatch to detect epileptic seizures. My son has epileptic seizures mostly at night and sometimes during the day sleep. Having this watch I started to feel more secure, relaxed, because it gives a signal if something going on during the sleep. I don't need to run every 5 minutes to my son room to check if all of it is all right. Our daughter Viktorka has very specific types of seizures — some that fit into typical categories, and some that are completely unique and continue to provide new insights for us and her doctors. We wanted to try the NightWatch system to have more reassurance during the night and to be able to monitor her data in the portal. However, since she sleeps with us, we are usually able to sense every movement and recognize an oncoming seizure from her behavior even before it happens. Unfortunately, the particular types of seizures our daughter experiences were not detected by the device, but all the other measurements in Portal were recorded with great accuracy. We could compare them with the readings from other monitoring devices we use to track her oxygen saturation, heart rate, etc. The support we received from Ms. Saskia and the entire NightWatch team allowed us to evaluate all the data carefully and determine whether NightWatch is the right solution for us. The delivery was very fast, and Ms. Saskia guided us through the registration process in the Portal with full support. The device is intuitive to use, and all the visual instruction cards are extremely helpful when operating it and reviewing alerts. Whenever I had any questions, I immediately received clear guidance on how to proceed. What you do, truly helps many families through sleepless nights. Nightwatch is ideaal voor onze dochter, ze gebruikt Nightwatch al jaren. Als er een probleem is dan lost de klantenservice dit altijd direct op. Betrokken mensen. Ik zou als upgrade graag een andere alarmeringstoon willen. Alarm klinkt als een ouderwetse telefoon en daar wen je aan en klinkt niet zo urgent. Dus wel eens doorheen geslapen. Een bijbehorende app zou ook een mooie toevoeging zijn. Maar dat zijn extra's in de basis koop je gewoon heel veel rust en veiligheid.
