I am happy that my daughter has the opportunity to use Nightwatch. I sleep more peacefully because I know my daughter is under control.

Before, I was still nervous and several times at night I ran to my son's room to see if everything was okay. Now with Nightwach I am calm and I don't have to disturb my son, because Nightwach will notify me of any seizure

This has been a god send to us. It detects the seizures very early and I think sometimes it alerts our daughter so early that she doesn’t go into a full seizure. Would not be without this in our lives now.

The company were so friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions with good clear advice. When we emailed a query, it was answered in a very short timeframe. The nightwatch has totally changed my previous way of life. I was constantly scared of having a seizure and nobody being there. Now i know that help will come when the alarm goes off. It also means mom doesnt have to worry so much. When it was ordered, it arrived the next day from the Netherlands.

I wish there was more information about certain things that might occour and video instructions in English, my data says alive but no recording and i cant seem to find information anywhere. There should be easier access to information out of hours of the working times of company (maybe An online group of clients to share their experiences and help other that do not yet understand how everything works. Apart from that i think its going OK.

Regina, who has been my main contact, has been incredible. I was able to call Regina anytime and be given the information I required, and received regular calls from her enquiring our experience with the product, this I was very grateful for.

Able to get support as needed with device

I can't fault this company. From the get go the communication has been brilliant, asking questions before the product was sent out.to trial. Then mid trial phonecalls to check all was ok, giving me a chance to ask any questions which I had. This monitor has been life-changing for us. Our 8 year old has tonic clonics and I have tried several devices for night time seizures and have felt frustrated with them all, many false alarms, Bluetooth or signal dropping out, having to keep apps open all night etc. The nightwatch is like nothing I have tried before. A monitor on my daughter's arm and a base alarm I keep in my bedroom. It has detected over 10 night seizures in the month I trialled it for. My daughter is finally able to sleep in her own room and her own bed. I'm able to be there for her throughout and after the seizure. I honestly can't fault it! Well worth the money.

Excellent detectIon rate, has alarmed everytime- even for convulsive seizures like tonic etc. Wonderful device

Company was very helpful at purchase but the alarm only picked up one actual seizure and gave false alarms at least 5 times a week.
