Very bad, if you want client service choose a different provider
I closed a contract for a 2 year subscription including a phone during a phone call with their client service. The man asked for my date of birth and address to verify my identity. I told him my correct address, he did not notice anything strange in their system and the phone was sent, only to my surprise - to an address I haven't lived in in 5 years! I called instantly to their client service again, where they say they cannot do anything about this, no way to change my address, no way to cancel the order. They say I can call the shipping company and they will make the address change for me. So I do that, calling this other company costs 5 euros, just so that they can tell me hollandsnieuwe has an agreement with them that does not allow any address changes! Called hollandsnieuwe again - got back a promise to investigate what they can do and call me back the same day (as the phone is scheduled to be delivered the next day to the wrong people). No call back, nothing. Contacted them again by calling, then through facebook - absolutely zero help. Ended with them saying "the phone will just not get delivered, because nobody by your name lives at the address". Anybody who has received any package in the Netherlands knows how much the delivery guys pay attention to names on the packages and who is the person at the door. I've been very patient throughout this entire process, but it is not acceptable. Because of their mistake I have to spend an entire day calling back and forth to get something sorted. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, not trying to take the extra step and contact the shipping company themselves to fix the mistake they made. They would rather give my phone to a stranger and then ask me to pay for it for the coming 2 years. To this moment I have still gotten zero actual help from hollandsnieuwe and the shipping company was atleast as helpful as to cancel my delivery.
