Flowers arrived destroyed, replacements sent and were delayed 6 times, arrived rotten.
Were purchased for a birthday gift totalling 94€ for flowers, wine and chocolates. I wish I never bothered. It totally ruined the birthday for the recipient..
The first package arrived smashed and spoiled. I requested a refund and provided evidence. Without my confirmation, another delivery was sent out (supposedly with the same contents)
This delivery was delayed 6 TIMES on successive days, arrived completely rotten and missing some items (wine, chocolates). Evidence provided again. I have logged another support case (twice) and have had no reply. It has been days.
Since then I have been totally ignored from support services and am not able to reach you by telephone. I even tried to call the head office in Madrid several time with no answer or call back despite leaving message with my information.
I am absolutely disgusted. Interflora used to be a reputable company. I will never use you again.
