Received the wrong size but I was able to return the piece

I received the wrong size, I send a photo to customer support with the question what to do, and they have not answered me. I turned out the mail was in their spamfolder. In the meantime, already bought the right size and asked for a refund for the other piece, and they arranged to do that. Will I recomend Archive Store? My order was a present for a friend, she is a big fan of their products. I am indifferent, so I would not recommend Archive Stire proactively, but I also would not un-recommend it, based on this experience.

Received the wrong size and customer support does not answer my mail with my complaint

Zo fijn!!

Van florine een mega gaaf moodboard gekregen voor de kamer van onze baby! Gelijk alles besteld! Helemaal happy! Van de zomer gaat de dreumes naar een junior bed, dus dan melden we ons gelijk weer! Hopelijk kunnen we dan langskomen in de winkel!

A beautiful webshop

Perfect!

Archive Store is goed bereikbaar via de mail. Altijd antwoord op de dag zelf. Door gedoe met de post is mijn pakket zelfs door hun zelf bezorgd nog voor de kerst. Dat was echt heel fijn! Hartelijke dank!

Mooi product, slechte kwaliteit, zeker voor dat geld…

De lampjes staan heel mooi in de kinderkamers van onze dochters, maar zijn binnen korte tijd allebei al kapot gegaan. Het draadje is zo fragiel, er is echt niet ruw met de schakelaar omgegaan, maar toch werkten beide lampjes opeens niet meer. Repareren is ook niet even simpel zelf thuis te doen.

Very personal and pretty products

I love the products, everything has that sweet touch of personal and originality. Same goes for the contact with Archive, a handwritten note came with the parcel, I just love that kind of little gestures.
