We didn't receive an e-mail or phone call from you before you posted your review. We've e-mailed you immediately after your review, and we tried to call you twice today, as we take all feedback from our customers very seriously. We notice through covid-19 that multiple delivery services experience delays. As much as we would like to see this differently, we are not responsible for the speed of the delivery service. That means we cannot speed up the process of the delivery service. We apologize for the delay this may have caused, and we understand the disappointment. We've seen in your track and trace that your parcel is waiting for you at your local parcel shop, so hopefully, you will be happy with your order after you've picked it up. Very good experience and customer service always nice.

Overall everything was good. I didn’t give 5 stars as this time I ordered something that was sold out but didn’t show it on the website. A little system mistake. Everyone was really nice and helpful and top quality of their products.

Prachtige producten

Prachtige producten, een bezoekje aan de fysieke winkel in Amsterdam is ook echt de moeite waard. Maar ze zijn dus ook gewoon online te bestellen en dan heb je ze binnen no-time in huis. Een aanrader!
