However, as we do work with our customers because we know that there are times when a customer’s calculations may be slightly off, you can reach out to us to let us know that you are having an issue, and we will work with you to help you with your configuration. If the springs are too soft and will not hold your custom application, we can easily adjust the Newton to fit your application - this is a free service. We would just need for you to send the springs back to us with instructions on what Newton Force you want the springs adjusted to.
