So far, so good. Prompt response via email, parameter and specifications were correct, package came somewhat promptly. Need more gas springs so will be considering this company first and foremost.

Less expensive than a dealer part.

I needed a particular length gas spring with 20 lbs of force for a belt sander project. The designer's suggested gas spring was $71 plus tax and shipping from a large material supplier. I found Gasspringshop using a Google search. I used the calculator to find the same spring for less than half the price. I received the gas spring quickly and the quality is excellent and made in the USA. I will be using this company in the future.

I had to call the parent company, (Ace Controls), to get in contact with the person that was supposed to be answering my email inquiries for Gas Spring Shop..

I like their easy to use web site for ordering exactly what I need, with or without end mounts. And the CAD dwgs seem accurate.

This is my second purchase from Gasspringsshop. I had questions prior to purchase which were quickly answered. Delivery was reasonably fast and the gas springs work great.

Arrived quickly, wish they would send tracking number when it ships......

The website was helpful and walked me through how to calculate the pressure I needed in the struts. They were delivered quickly, and the i'm impressed with the high quality.

This was my 1st time purchasing from Gasspringshop. Specifications came from an online forum where other SportCruiser owners had replaced their worn out canopy struts. Struts & Hardware were quickly shipped and well packaged. Product was exactly as I specified. High quality cylinder, shaft and 10mm ball/socket mounts converted over well to OEM from Cruiser Aircraft.

I have tryed not to leave this negative review but have emailed and left several messages trying to speak with someone ordered gass struts and they are longer then you web site states tryed to return and said I was outside of the 8 day return policy, well I would not have been if you would have checked your messages, and I should still be able to return them if the item i received is not what I ordered, customer services are terrible

I bought a couple of different springs for a job I was doing. They helped me find the ones that worked, and then processed a return that was quick and painless for the ones that were unneeded.

I would give more stars however my application needed a different solution. I made the strut work. It was slightly damaged. I would like to order a different mount, however no one has answered the phone when I call for advice.

The calculator was very helpful for making the right selection for my needs. The 3D images are also helpful. A very nice site. My only "complaint" is the mounting brackets I ordered did not include snap clips, which were shown on the 3D image and do not seem to be a separate item that needs to be ordered.

I'm so glad I found Gasspringsshop.com online. The calculator page was easy to use and the animation really helped me figure out and visualize exactly which gas springs I needed for my application. The Mounting Drawing that was included with my order confirmation email was also very helpful. Finally, I emailed after placing my order to see what the approximate delivery would be and received a prompt and courteous response from Deborah in Customer Support. She let me know delivery could take up to 7 business days, but I actually received them much quicker - just 2 business days! The products were high quality, specifically the mounting hardware, other products just use a ball joint that is secured with a light duty snap ring that can come apart, these were much more heavy duty! Also, the online tool to determine what you need and how to set it up was great.

Design diagrams are a bit hard to decipher where exactly the letters on the diagrams are referring to on the gas spring parts and brackets, but overall quite helpful calculation tools and they work very well.

Purchased shocks and they are too strong for my application and still in the package. Company took 1 week to respond to my email requesting return an said they have a 8 day return policy. I received the item 5 days after order was placed. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from this company. They are shady and use a different company name to bill you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
