In my case meant 10 days even after being told "they are now in stock and will ship tomorrow"

Wen did get a call. Tried to get help with tech to get help with location of shocks never did get any help. ??????

Thank-you so much for getting this spring. You were able to take an old part number and got me the correct part. Everything fit and worked perfectly.

Ordered gas springs through the custom process. Process was simple and easy to understand. Order processed, shipped and was delivered in a timely fashion.

HORRIBLE customer service, phone number is a joke, email if they reply its one time per week with no help at all. No directions for installation no one calls you back ever no matter what the question is. Do not buy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tool for figuring out the correct gas strut and the dimensions given from the calculations for installing the strut are spot on.

I made a mistake when I ordered online and did not see it until the next day. Customer service was able to correct it.

After being sent a drawing on what I needed, I was told to go to a site to place my order but the part wasn't on the site. I eventually received a special link. Once I ordered the part, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks which would be 12/28 at the latest. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update on my order and it was finally shipped on 1/24, a month after the original promise date. I ultimately got what I ordered at a fair price. Just wish they would have made the date they said and provided updates instead of me having to ask where things are at.

GREAT PRODUCTS, GOOD COMMUNICATION, I USE THEIR CALCULATOR ALLOT, AND FIND IT VERY USEFULL. THEY ALWAYS SHIP SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DEPENDING ON WHAT TIME I ORDER FROM THEM.

One thing to note is the attachment ends on the shock do not match the factory spec. I had to modify both ends to be able to use for my application.

It was all good, the email is good but us old guys like the phone.

The product was great. I wish you had a cross reference for old part numbers to new ones, the on line tech support was not helpful.

I would have rated these a 5 but the product configurator tool or user error, caused me to order weaker gas springs than I actually needed. Solution works, just not as well as advertised.

I ordered this item on July 2023 After many many email they reported item was lost then they reordered and I finally received the right item I’m still waiting for the invoice they never sent It to me

Very awesome experience delivery on time and well packaged.

The spring seems to be well made and after some adjustments works well. That said, I had trouble with the QR code that as I recall was included to take you to specific directions for my application showing the unique measurements and weights did not seem to work, an included hard copy would have been preferred. Additionally, there were no directions to address adjusting the gas pressure included I had to scan the internet to find them. When I did find instructions to adjust the pressure for this spring the use of a hammer and pin / nail to adjust the it seems a bit in exact, a thread on tool that other spring manufacturers use and include would have been a better method.

Website shows and describes the gas shock very well.
