Never received item, communication was confusing
I ordered online after using their calculator and talking with customer service about the best fit for my project. I placed the order on 9/20. I followed up on 9/27 as I had not received any shipping info or confirmation of my order. At that time, I was notified that the shipping department had been asked to ship the springs "tomorrow." I followed up again on 10/3 as I had not received the shipping info and was informed that the item was out of stock and that they would rush the order. When I asked about the production timeline, I was given the option of two different sizes currently in stock and that I could choose one of those and have the other springs refunded. When I chose one of the options and asked about my refund, the customer service agent (whom I had been working with the entire time) indicated they could not refund me as they had yet to receive the returned product. Again, the product was never shipped. When I returned the emails they had sent me about the refund, I was ultimately sent a screenshot indicating a refund had been issued. I still need the springs, but I will not order another size from this company.
