I had given up looking for a tiny gas strut for a hard to reach cabinet door. Using the GasSpringShop’s online configuration tool it showed they had a strut that would work so I gave it a try. The installation was straightforward and it worked. Now I smile every time I open that cabinet.

Lot of info on website to make proper decisions

It took 3 tries before I got the right strut. These guys were great and worked with me at every step. I ended up needing a custom strut and was very pleased with the result.

Tried calling and emailing.Ordered end pieces twice both wrong.Still no one responsed to help.Had sent my old Stabilus part number for replacement.No response.Now I’m into it about$100 with my wife car still can’t lift back lift gate.

Searched all over for a suitable replacement shock for my console lid on my 94 Sylvan Pro Select 17, but since it was discontinued, no one was able to help. The I reached out to Gassprings, and they were able to find a suitable substitute!

My order ended up being back ordered and Briana reached out to tell me what was happening and when I could expect shipment. She was very accurate about the time frame and let me know.

We ordered the shocks they were suppose to be in stock. After a month I wrote the company to inquire when we could expect delivery. I did not receive an answer but the shocks were shipped the next day. It’s obvious, the company dropped the ball on delivery. We did even receive an apology.

Using the excellent engineering tool to design the lid stays for my client's gun case I was able to quickly and easily alter variables to arrive at the design loads I wanted. The correct quantities and SKU's for the struts and associated hardware magically appeared at the bottom of my drawing and it was then a snap to order - and components arrived within a few days. You saved me a BUNCH of calculating time. Well done! The only suggestion I have is to make your component CAD drawings available in STEP format for those of us out here using Fusion 360. That would have saved me even more time.
