Gas Spring Shop shipped my order to my correct address in California; somehow FedEx decided to deliver it to an address in Alabama instead, 2 weeks later. Briana in Customer Service did a superb job figuring out what had happened, and organized a replacement shipment right away. It arrived. High quality gas spring, fits perfectly, correct force, exactly as described.

It took approx. 7-8 weeks to get the shocks. I will say that any time I inquired about my order I did receive an answer. The shock we received was a wee bit short BUT it works ok. Just thankful to finally have a replacement for my camper awning. If ordering just know it may take awhile to get your order. Over all glad I purchased.

We used the gas spring calculator. Put in the measurements and it selects the size you need. I installed SS gas springs when they arrived (took ten minutes or so) and now to lift the door it only takes around 20lbs to open and when it is over halfway open door lifts itself. Now I don't have to worry about little ones smashing digits when putting up dock items(this door was a workout to lift open before). Thanks for making life easier!!

I got my order as promised. The connectors did not match mine but that was just the way it goes sometimes when the part number does not give the whole description. The return process was easy.

After trying several time to get help sizing the springs I needed. I was able to talk to one of the Customer Service people and they explained how the configuration worked. I emailed easy-lift several times and they continued to give me the run saying they are not allowed to help because my order was too small.

Got 3 struts. None would fit without modifying. Had to grind ends and reuse some fittings, but got them instslked and working.

I believe Quality and Craftsmanship are two great descriptions of the designing software, hardware, installation diagram and of course the struts. They will function properly and make me feel so great knowing my customers will be safe under my trailer side.

Try calling them before you place an order. They don't answer their phones or return messages. No customer service at all. Sent me a bad strut and I can't return it.

I ordered a gas spring to replace on old, inoperative one in a sailboat rod kicker. The OEM wanted $235 for one. I found the right size, customized force, from GasSpringsSop.com for a bout $50! Including shipping! Spring came in time, well-packaged and it works great! Couldn’t be happier. Greg

Great spring selector tool. My crew quarters stern door opens with a finger now instead of struggling with two hands and it stays open.

I needed a very special set of 4 gas lifts for a foldable aluminum trailer. I used their calculator and was able to get exactly what I needed. They also have stainless steel lifts that matched my needs perfectly. I installed them and they work better than expected.

The website has a calculator tool on it for identifying which gas springs are needed with very good visual aids. I was amazed at how well the tool worked. I never would have been able to achieve such a perfect self-opening lid on my outdoor tv cabinet for a 70" tv without this online tool. It also told me exactly where to mount the gas springs and the lid opens and closes effortlessly. The tube arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I am very happy with this product.

Arrived today. Took it out of the box and collapsed it and that's how it stayed. Doesn't return. Called the telephone number on the packing slip and it's no good. Found another phone number on the internet and they answered and forwarded me. No one ever answered. Zero customer service!
