I made a purchase for my tax-exempt institution using a procurement card. I contacted customer service to ensure no tax will be charged. They replied promptly and answered my questions. When I requested a copy of the invoice they sent it right away. The shipment came in a few days and the springs work as intended. Overall very satisfied.

You sent me the wrong part I word like 12in sock

Matching part had the right force and length to work, but had to cut down the threaded eyes with a grinder to complete the installation.

I was looking for replacement shocks for my RV after replacing the mattress. The Gasspringshop website was very informative and provided the information I needed to select a set of replacement gas springs. Unfortunately I did not read the note on doubling the weight that is measured using a scale so I purchased the wrong gas springs. The return has been easy and I anticipate receiving the correct gas springs shortly.

Was looking for shocks part number 34459-2500N. Every search on the web would take me to sellers in Germany and I couldn't purchase the product through a major website. I had to give my address and send the money, then the seller will send them, hmmm, not secured. I didn't wanna risk it and send money through PP either, because it was out of the country and PP will not cover, so I did a search for the lenght of the shock and gasspringsshop came up. Checked their site, made sure their shock's length was what I was looking for, and placed the order online. Placed the order May 14, 2023 at night time and May 18, 2023 I received the order. We are in a new location with a new address assigned by the City/County Planning Commission. We are working with Google Maps and other to get recognized. Your system would not allow me to override the address even though UPS, Fedex, and the USPS all deliver to us at the address I was trying to use. No one ever responded to my inquiry.

After Amazon let me down with ordering a very specific gas spring that I needed (backordered for 2 weeks then randomly cancelled on me), I found GasSpringShop and wished I'd just ordered from here in the first place! The configurator made it very easy to specify all the dimensions, type of spring, force, and connectors I needed. The price seemed very reasonable compared to other sources, and shipping was fast and well packaged. And of course the springs I received are high quality work great!

I used this to replace the OE gas shock on the dump bed of my Honda Pioneer. Works great and much stronger then the OE shock.

I used their online program to size the spring...I was hesitant after completing. Placed my order around 9 in the morning, it was packed and shipped the same day. The order actually arrived 2 days sooner than quoted. I installed as per the dimensions provided from the online program. Springs work perfectly! The cost was where I expected it to be. I will definitely use this company again.

I’m still amazed at how easy it was. And it worked out perfectly. Before it was a chore lifting the heavy hinged roof of my pool pump enclosure. Now it’s a breeze. Couldn’t be happier. The item was exact fit

The first guy I spoke to was helpful. Then sales guy wanted me to fill out forms despite me sending multiple detailed dimensions on photos. Took much time just to get you to take my order. It took weeks to get the part also and when I got it I found the threaded ends were 8mm instead of the 6mm I specified. I sent an email about this and still have no response.

Great product, will buy again

Product on internet was listed in stock and available. Several weeks went by --no product no communication from supplier. Called multiple times a day for days without any response. I also sent E-mails finally I was able to reach a human being and she said she was sorry she had multiple job duties and things were falling behind. After another week went bye, I finally got a hold of the same person and she said they scraped all the springs due to a defect in the part. I finally got the parts 8 weeks after i had ordered them. I would have rated this Company as --0-- if i could have. Would never recommend using this place to anyone.

No one calls me back or respond by email. I had to call several times to get someone to help me. I tried to cancel an order before it shipped by emailing and they didn't cancel or changed the order and process the parts I didn't want. Now I have to return it!! Our engineer was given part numbers that does not even exist on your website. If I can order from another supplier I would, but our engineer request that I order from you.
