Was very patient with a problem figuring out the right pistons to use in resolving which pistons needed to upgrade a heavy murphy bed

i appreciate how the website allows to model exactly what you are trying to build however after following the exact assembly drawing they provided my door would still not close. another thing that bothered me was that for $300 springs the holes in the hardware are not even countersunk so the screws (not provided) can sit flush.

I needed to match springs on an old skylight. I knew the model and length along with the type of ends, customer service found the exact replacements for me so all I had to do is pick the ends for them and order. They arrived in under a week and I had them installed the next day. They fit perfectly and work wonderful, the customer was very happy to have it work like new again.

Great experience. I will be using this company in the future.

A mistake was made. Customer service cannot wrap their head around the error. I have physical proof, but their customer service person cannot accept that an error was made. Insisting they will not let me return. Nor seeming to consider the chain of events, which I have described to them in detail in several e-mails, hoping to solve this problem in a professional way. I asked that they call me so we could discuss, but they cannot as they have been sick and cannot speak. I asked to speak with a manager or co-worker. But still have a rather ill tempered reply. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. The website says “completed”, but there’s no shipping info, no tracking number, no estimated delivery date… That’s disappointing.

I called and no answer I emailed and it took a ridiculous amount of time for your response I didn’t know that the hole in the back end was 6 mm I needed eight I asked you for help he told me to buy another one well now I have to send the other one back and pay postage both ways again by this time I should’ve just bought OEM I will never shop with you again because if you gave a damn you just sent me the stinking part that I needed for no charge considering ARTIE gave you $50 people on the phone or a piece of crap and they told me in the email and no longer have anyone working in customer service they probably quit because you guys suck best advertising is word of mouth I will never shop with you again please believe me

Fabulous work great we make our own custom Bilco door and use gas struts to raise and lower the door have used others in the past , yours are the best !!

Very good transaction, only recommendation I would have is to email a tracking number when the shipment is processed so the customer knows when to expect delivery.
