I was easily able to find the product that I was looking for in your online catalog. Placing the order was easy. Got an acknowledgment of the order being placed. A notice of when shipped and a tracking number would have been nice but the order was here in a week or less so overall a good experience.

Needed a replacement for a gas strut on a patio cabana. The original was not marked in any way so I could not order an exact part number. I was able to measure the original, choose the proper ends and the opening force from the Gasspringsshop. The custom replacement arrived quickly and fit perfectly.

I was very impressed with the design feature to spec' out the correct gas springs for our project. However the package arrived damaged and missing piarts and I am still waiting for GasSringshop.com to fulfill my order in whole.

High quality products, but forget getting anything answered by some one who 1) knows how to use/mount the products they sell, 2) any specifics on how to install brackets and where, 3) replies in English that seem like they are translayted by Goggle. FYI, they're return policy is you have to RETURN IN 8 DAYS!!!

Everything went well

Very poorly packed paid for 2 days took several days came busted out of the box several mounts missing company refused to contact me back after multiple emails phone calls and messages. Had to pay an extreme amount to have the mounts custom manufactured to meet contract deadline. Will never do business with this company again.

I ordered a replacement gas strut for a cabinet on our sailboat. The replacement Gasspringsshop offered fit perfectly. A bit expensive, but figuring I won't have to replace it for many years - it was a good investment.

I recently installed 2 10in subwoofers on my ford expedition trunk lid and the weight exceeded my old struts causing the lid to slam shut. I found my bolt sizes were M8 and upgraded the weight to 1250n each. Now my trunk lid goes up with no problem. Initially I ordered the wrong set up, spoke with the wonderful rep, and I returned the items within a few days. I paid for shipping. They refunded the material amount. It was worth it.

I called Gasspringsshop, and they explained to me that they didn't have them because they were designed for a very specific application, but they offered to help me configure something similar to my springs. I spoke a couple of times with Brianna and she was not only acknowledgeable but very patient and kind to explain to me everything. Finally they send me the springs and they solve my problem. It's rare to find a company that offers products with so many configurations without requiring a minimum order. I ordered one spring and, if it isn't the right one I'll order another one spring! With the added bonus of providing CAD files, I can test a design without waiting for parts.
