Loved the website! I knew literally nothing about gas springs before this. All I knew was I have a heavy lid I'd like to make it feel lighter. I was able to use the website to figure out exactly what I needed and it was right on. Very impressed!

I have generally had good experience with the agile website - I was able to enter all the information of the door weight, angle, size, and obtain the perfect pair of pneumatic arms to open our door. I have had a couple questions for someone in support, and while I have left a couple voicemails, they have not been responded to, which entails one less star. My suggestion: either get a support team or foward the voicemails to the correct person and respond. Would have taken 2 minutes to respond, and question answered quickly.

The calculator on the web page was perfect. It took a bit of time learning what certain things meant, but as soon as I felt comfortable with it and was sure it was accurate in what I needed, I ordered what was suggested. One the struts came in, I installed them and they worked perfectly. I did order the wrong bracket on one side of the struts. I was able to make them angle brackets and it all worked out. I couldn't be happier.

I really liked the website and tools to help with designing the gas spring. It was also a nice touch adding the right brackets needed without the user having to figure this out. The installation instructions were clear and install was straightforward. I back up the recommendation to use 2 springs vs. 1 spring because my door warped under the strain of using 1 spring and caused extra rework.

I needed a support to assist the opening of a heavy basement door. I wasn't sure how to select the correct support until I happened upon Gasspringsshop.com. There simulator was easy to use and had plenty of options to allow me to adjust the mounting for my specific application. The pat was shipped and arrived in about 4 days and worked perfectly.

Using the online calculator to figure out the correct type of hardware and positioning for my usage worked out great. I would suggest that hardware (bolts, washers, and nuts) be made available to purchase also.
