Gave my dimensions and it gave me a cad drawing with force increments and all skus and measurements needed. I have experience with web development configurators. And yours is perfect.

I don't usually leave a review but in this case I will. I recently bought a fifth wheel camper and the shocks on the bed were ripped off because the custom-made mattress weighed more than the RV mattress it came with. I got online and found the Gas spring shop website, I used the custom app., plugged in all my info. and it told me which gas shock I needed along with the placement of all the brackets needed to achieve the degree opening I needed. I installed everything as directed and it works perfect. I can lift up the mattress to access the storage area underneath with one hand. Gas spring shop is awesome, I will be getting all my future shocks from this company.

Have not installed strut yet due to work load so I cannot rate product. I left two messages at different numbers and did not get any calls to address my questions. I did order strut and it arrived but there was no tracking information sent to me.

I am totally satisfied with the delivery the aftermarket support (ONLY BY EMAIL) and the quality of the lift it is awesome. But the phone support for calculating questions is none existent .

Application design tool is simple and essential. Product is of good quality. They even corrected an error I made in ordering. A small improvement would be to include a paper print out of the installation geometry with the order shipment.
