My hood struts on my 2003 Roush Mustang started failing and replacements were not available from Roush. I sent one email to Gasspringsshop with the part number from a failing strut and received an email back the following day informing me that the Roush strut was probably a one time special order by Roush. Gasspringsshop recommended a replacement along with all of the spec and mounting into. I purchased the, received them in 4 days and they installed easily and work perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

I needed two specialty low-force (16N) gas springs and was unable to find any stock springs to fit my specifications. Finally, I went on the Gassprinigsshop website, filled out their questionnaire, and received a quick response that they could accommodate my requirements. Initially, there was a mixup about the low force I specified and I had to return the first struts, but customer service was right on it. They adjusted the springs and sent them back overnight.

I was looking for some shocks to hold up a lid on a steel container I was building. The lid was upwards of 200LBS and so I needed something strong. Not only did they have a calculator to make sure you got the right stuff, but they included the pieces for attachment as well as a diagram to show where the pieces needed to be installed on the container. Following their instructions gave me a perfect result and I was very happy with the products.

They had exactly the perfect match to replace the gas springs in our old Subaru Mont Blanc car top carrier and they shipped super fast! I was surprised when they arrived so quickly and our old carrier is working like new again. Super easy to install, too.

Good experience. Price was a little high but couldn't find anyone else that carried that size. The ball came already attached to the end and wasn't a quick connect which made it a little more challenging to install. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
