Ordered parts we got some things. Ordered again and never received them. Called the customer service with not answer. Ordered again and we are still waiting for parts, email or anything that explains where our parts are. Very unhappy.

I couldn't find the OEM shock I needed for my backhoe, but within a couple minutes on the website, I was able to select a shock that met all of the specs I needed. A couple days later and my package arrived with a part that works flawlessly.

I'm very happy with my entire experience with Gasspringshop.com. From using their online design tool, placing my order, and to the speed of shipment, I could not be happier. After installing the struts, I noticed that I had made some miscalculations and the newton force of the strut was not high enough. I shipped my struts back and Gasspringshop.com increased the spring force for me free of charge.

I needed lift supports for my backhoe hood. I have not replaced gas springs before. I went to NAPA, a great place to cross reference part numbers. NAPA did not have what I needed but did share the web address for Gasspings. I logged on and my parts were delivered in a couple days. I was very pleased with my experience with Gassprings.

I used their online tools to determine which spring and pressure I needed but once received the spring it was far too strong for my application. I was worried about having to do an exchange but customer service was able to help me take some pressure out of the spring without sending it back. I made the adjustment and I’m up and running, thank you!

OEM shock was on back order from machine manufacturer for six weeks +. Gassspringsshop.com had it in stock and in my hands within 48hrs. Machine working better than before! Oh I saved money too!

I had no instructions on how to install the springs. I guess I didn’t do it right because they broke at the thin end. I haven’t had time to try the second pair yet.

I provided a brand and model number of a gas spring. The recommended direct replacement was not have the exact specifications and would therefore not work for my needs.
