The site was just what I needed to help me build the pistons I needed

I was unable to place the shocks were the drawings showed, I had to move them forward, so the well lid opens very easy it has to be pushed closed. This is fine, I had back surgery so I couldn't open the 120lb lid anymore with these shocks I can now lift the lid. Thank you.

I am trying to replace a aging gas spring that holds up my aircraft's cockpit canopy, which is relatively light. I purchased the size gas spring I needed, but the pressure seems to great for the application. I learned through my own research that the pressure can easily be adjusted. They should publish online the instructions on how to do that.

Built an outdoor TV cabinet out of cedar, and needed some lift struts for the door. The gasspringsshop website made it easy to figure out the correct ones and get all the parts I needed. They work exactly as I hoped and the whole project came together well. I definitely will use this site again for my next woodworking project that combines the need for lift struts.

Order was wrong first time. Second order had a problem with details. I emailed and called about it. It still did not get corrected. I will use you again but make the order simpler so it will have a better chance of getting fulfilled correctly. Maybe double check the details of the order?
