I had purchased sets of gas springs (struts) multiple times from another company. I was never able to calculate the best parts for the job. Once I found Gassprings.com, I was easily able to calculate, get the parts and install. These work perfectly.

I ordered 2 spring lifts and I didn't specify enough newtons, the representative said to send them back and they would increase the lifting force as requested. I did this and the company did what they said they would do. They are installed and working perfectlly. thank you for your service.

This is the specification I ordered; Gas spring 14-28 Stroke 200 × 2 Force: 2500 Newton but what I got was Gas spring 11-22 Stroke 200 × (2) Force: 1300 Newton. The website needs to be more interactive to make complaints easy and provide a form of feedback so clients can know if their complaints were received

I can't speak to quality or even functionality because I just got it. But it was very easy to select the right spring. Great tool for plugging in the details of my application and out pops the recommended spring, mounting locations, and forces as a function of lid angle.

Ordered the stainless steel models for my boat. Received them quickly and exactly as ordered. Was surprised at how well-machined the ball ends were. The only thing i might suggest is to make the side bracket bolt holes a bit larger for bigger mounting bolts.

Was surprised your company had what I needed to get our machine running locally. Received the part next day by having customer pickup service. The one thing I would suggest as a continuos improvement offer customer pickup online as an option. Currently only shipping is an option.

I used the calculation tool to figure out which struts would work for my 50 lb. trap door project. The tool was well designed and in the end it was very accurate. The original recommendation from the calculation tool would not work for me due to my design and physical layout limitations. I trial and error entered various designs and entered what my limitations allowed and voila' the tool came out with another correct recommended strut design. Ordered it, received them promtly and installed using the included directions. The provided design and struts work great with minimal effort - up and down. I look forward to using this company again in the future. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was excellent. Although the package arrived when expected, it would have been nice to be able to track the package shipment. I did not receive any tracking e-mails nor could I find anyway to track the package on your web site.

Very happy with the product. Everything works as it should. There was a slight issue with the A measurement being off, but I was still able to modify and make it work.
