I was looking for gas springs to replace 15 year old springs of German manufacture. After questions, photos and measurements, I was sent the perfect replacement parts. It took just a couple of days. Brianna did a great job for me!

Purchased a gas strut for lid of wooden toy box. It required a bit of juggling of the mounting points, but once done it works well: soft close.

Online or emailed tracking information to allow visibility that the order has shipped would have me giving a 5 star rating. I had to call a Gasspringshop.com representative to find out if the order had shipped. While the representative was very friendly and helpful, in this day of online interaction, I should not have to call to find out the order status. Regards, Eric

Responsive to my inquiries. One disappointment...the gas spring I ordered did not include the "elbow" end attachments that were shown in all photographs associated with the product. Clearer description would have helped.

Ordered a strut, the one piece broke off, sent two emails regarding the break. Received one email asking for pictures, sent pictures, but still have not had any response after sending pictures of the broken piece. Last email back was received 2-17-22 saying they received the pictures, it is now 2-23-22. We would just like to know if it is going to be replaced. We need this strut to keep the door of our moulder up. Getting back to customers in a timely manner is my suggestion.
