Outstanding, quick service and exact part I needed

I needed a strut for my German glider trailer and the manufacturer was out of stock. Happened to find this site and found that they had the OEM strut. Ordered it and received within a few days. Very quick and just what I needed.

Great gas springs that performed as simulated online.

Due to lead time, we tried www.gasspringsshop.com as an alternative for all-stainless steel gas springs in a food service setting. They were great to work with and verified the units are made from 100% corrosion-resistant materials, shipped in a reasonable time, and the springs worked almost exactly like the simulation online. I'd definitely recommend them to others, and have already. Thanks!

Easy web site, super fast shipping

The first order I did the co. was on a vacation or something and did not get my shock in a timely fashion.The shock they sent was exactly what I ordered. This time not only did I get what I ordered but the shipping was so fast I could not believe it came when it came. Overall the shock was high quality,it came fast this is the only co. I would use for prop shock they have everything you could need.

Rather disapointed

The item was not a direct replacement for the original as asserted. It met the overall dimensions but the ends were thicker and required modification and fabrication on my end to install. Once installed they extend only to an inch from fully extended and the hood must be raised by hand the remainder. It will hold after that. All in all I would not buy again.

The online calculator is great and the springs installed just as the animation predicted!

I used the online calculator because it had been recommended on several forums I looked at. At the end the order now option was soooo convenient that I just bought them! Nice product. Installed just like the animation. Works great.

Was a real pleasure working with Gasspringsshop

Had a hard time finding the gas shock I needed for my tractor. Some how I stumbled onto Gassspringsshop..com . Not only did they have my part but also at a very fair price. I had a question about my order , so i reached out by email l,late 9ne night and Deborah from customer service responded the next morning with an answer to my question . Quality stainless steel gas springs.

I have been replacing the IGS SS gas springs that came with my Viking Yacht. While the IGS springs are cheeper, they tend to fail within 1-1/2 to 3 years. I have liked the Hahn so much, that I have stepped up my replacement schedule.

Poor communication on delivery and your measurements seem to be off.

Took too long to fill order. Had to write multiple times seeking a shipping date. Instructions on one part (inserting the ball into the socket) was lacking, and I think your measurements are off prohibiting my door from closing properly. I’m going to continue adjusting it until it works, but overall you have to do a better job.

Sent the wrong hardware, then extremely difficult to get the correct parts

Maybe Gasspringsshop makes the best pistons on Earth, who knows. Gasspringshop sent me the wrong brackets and it has taken me hours trying to communicating with their "customer service" people to fix the problem.
