This company e mailed me to say they did not like my one star review. I told them if they corrected the situation and gave me a full credit I would gladly give them a better review. Well, they refused to give me a full credit and kept almost $300. My credit card company must have convinced them because I was informed that I had been fully refunded. This company was very difficult to work with and very unprofessional. Carefully check everything in the box, look for a packaging list and take photos to prove what was received and in what condition was the lesson here.

I needed to order springs for a custom (and somewhat unique) purpose. The online configuring device was confusing (especially the newtons calculation) and I called. The person who answered was more than gracious and helpful and my task became much easier. I was also happy to have my order arrive so quickly. I greatly appreciate that.

The purchase was simple on line. I had a question about confirmation of the order and it was answered rapidly and in detail. I was quite happy to discover that the gas springs I purchased were USA made.

I submitted a contact and product request late on a weekend. To my surprise Dana Langley responded. She needed information from work to find the correct part on Monday. The product I selected was shipped to me quickly even though I didn't pay extra and was exactly what I ordered. Communication was somewhat lacking as I never got an email confirmation of the order nor shipping notifications. This was troublesome because I needed that information for reimbursement and , assuming I would get it, did not save the original web page acknowledgement. Still, good product, great shipping. JLS

I purchased a set of assists to aid in lifting a 4' x 6' generator shed roof weighing in the 125 lb. range. They work as advertised and the interactive selection tool was awesome, giving me the confidence that what I chose would do the job. The sales service was excellent and I received the products the next day!

The calculator is what sold me on this vendor - very sophisticated, but simple. Also, I tweaked my design after I ordered, and needed a different spring - the return process for the first spring was very straightforward.

These were sourced to replace a pair of exisiting struts. They are 50% heavier and the reflective surfaces look cheap compared to the all-black parts they replaced. The silver labels look unprofessional compared to the discreet lettering on the original parts. Since they are somewhat less expensive than 2218LP 0600N, I'll live with the increased weight and unfinished look.

I used the calculator, bought the gassprings that were recommended installed as planned and worked like a charm

I believe I ordered the wrong thing. At least what I received is the wrong thing. What I need is a replacement for Stablus lift o mat 024934 0600n 194/15 B 15 What I received was Hahn 0940n ws14841 us dom 32/21 It is 1 inch too long in the tube and 2 inches too long in the shaft. After ordering they sent to wrong address. Once we paid to get them they arrived in a box with no filler or padding. We returned them and they sent back to wrong address again. Now trying to get them picked up and returned. This company is a nightmare of incompetence. They can’t package and send their items correctly?

you guys should have a phone number to communicate, not just by email. when i did my purchase i put our ups account and gasspring did not acknowledge it.

Purchased gas springs all good but one and sent back for inspection and then it was replaced.
