Not my "go to" place, but the gas spring shop made finding and purchasing a spring for a belt grinder project very easy and had end connection options I was not aware of.

I needed to replace the lift struts on my pool pump box. The lid was tiled and weighs about 200 pounds and the struts were not strong enough to help lift the lid any more. The calculator worked great and I was able to get the struts I needed in stainless steel, so I won't have to work about them rusting like the old ones. They even provided a detailed installation diagram. Quality of the stainless struts is fantastic, and they're well worth the extra money if you use them near the beach.

Due to no fault of their own, this company went way above and beyond our expectations to resolve a delivery issue. FedEx had delivered my order incorrectly but gasspringsshop sent out a replacement part, via overnight air, t as soon as they tracked the original shipment. This mixup was totally unavoidable by them - yet, they made it right. Awesome company to deal with - excellent communications throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them for future orders. Had issues with my shocks supports not fitting and not being familiar with the the system they have for ordering I told them I did not understand and aske the person for help and he told me i was the only one that has ever had any issues, was a rude person would not use them again, I don't need crappy service

Two of the brackets were incorrect, and there was only one retaining clip for four brackets included. I made it work, and had to find clips and the hardware store.

Just put your info into the calculator, buy what they tell you and install it the way the calculator says. Simple as that, gas strut ease is yours.

Well, I was incredibly impressed with the calculator and simulator, ease of ordering, etc. After a slight hiccup with order fulfillment, all items were of excellent quality and workmanship. I was able to install and, everything was exactly as specified.

The website was just wright, I plugged in my numbers for my storage cabinet and bang the perfect gas spring appeared. I ordered it and it was delivered in three days! I had a problem at first with my order as the incorrect parts were shipped to me twice, but the owner got involved and corrected the problem himself, and sent the correct parts via overnight delivery. He was very apologetic and helpful and even followed up with me to be sure I got the correct parts and that I was satisfied. I could tell he is a business owner who really cares about his customers and his company's customer service. He is a stand-up guy. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

The online calculator is the best! Calculates the required gas springs, adds all the necessary mounting hardware. Provides a PDF of mounting instructions. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I had a gas shock that went bad, I used the manufactures model and plugged them into your website and found a match!!! Only unfortunate part was, what I ended up with is two gas shocks that were 3” s too short. Website super easy And friendly. I appreciate the effort. But I’ll be sending my shocks back.

I was able to find and order the gas spring that is wright, for the Ridgid vehicle that I needed a replacement for . A perfect fit, used the same two bolts. Working like new. ( Is a Ridgid Cart for my Ridgid miter saw )
