I am terribly sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with ordering from our website and feel that there was no customer service assistance available. I do however see that there were 5 different communications from us to you via email where we helped you with getting a replacement spring. In one of your emails you mentioned that the website was not working because your email addresses did not match. I know technology can sometimes be frustrating and as with any other vendor, when making an online purchase an order cannot be completed unless you have verified your email address and each box must match. However, I am pleased that you were able to successfully complete your order online. As a security precaution, all orders must be completed online as we do not take credit cards over the telephone. Typically, orders ship out on the same day if received before 12PM EST. Unfortunately, we did not receive your order until after the cut off time of 12PM. Your order shipped out on 6/23 and arrived to you on 7/1. This is a normal shipping time for standard FedEx ground shipping, which is what was selected on your order. At the time of checkout there is an option to purchase FedEx Next Day Air or FedEx 2nd day Air if a customer requires a faster shipping option. Again, I apologize that you had an unpleasant experience with ordering from our website.
