Ordered and had shocks in a few days very happy with company

I got charged and I got a confirmation email right away. However communication stopped there. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing at all. Seemed like my order was forgotten. After 9 days i sent a customer service request and they replied with the shipping number and it arrived right when that tracking number said it would. If they had automated this so I actually knew it was coming and I wasn't left in the dark this would be a 5 star review. Instead i'll order through Amazon. at least then I know what is going on.

Having the website to do calculations on my project was the BEST. On top of that, to get me shocks and everything I need right there, saved me tons of time and money.

My gas springs were a little too strong for my purposes. When I got them I didn’t have time before the return window to put the springs onto my project. I needed some help figuring out if I was in the right ballpark for strength with my application person to person. Beyond the helpful tabulator and their was not a knowledgeable person o. The other side. Now I can’t use my springs because they are a little to strong and I can’t return for replacement or buy a new one with confidence because a person isn’t there to talk me through it. I’d estimate a little lower poundage than expected because it’s a pain if not. I’d live to order a new pair or talk to someone about a new pair because I can tell they work just not for my application.

Placed my order, delivery was fast. Product and website fantastic. My only complaint is I called and emailed several times...no answer or call back. A little frustrating.
