Haven't installed the gas struts yet but I have every confidence they will work perfectly. Poor communication, missing a part.

An order confirmation email was received, but a shipping notice and tracking information was never received. Last time I ordered from them, those landed in my junk email. This time, I can't find them anywhere. The shipment did arrive promptly, and it was the item I ordered. However, a C clip was missing for one of the brackets. That was another disappointment. Addendum: The above review got a prompt response, and they promptly mailed the missing clip. Upgraded from 2.5 to 4 stars.

Would have done it wrong without the calculator
