I've been trying to find a suitable gas spring for a vintage Maserati Bora. Your site made it incredibly easy to enter parameters and find something that ended up working perfectly! The graphic showing the spring compressed and extended was especially useful.

I emailed for support with the part number from the original . This was for stairwY engine cover for my 2007 BAVARIA 30. Long story short, hooked me up with the configuration app, only decision was amount of weight to hold in Newtons. Here in 4 days and exactly like original. Original may have been under designed. 5 stars for me!. If you have a Bavaria 30, I've got a part number for the star/engine cover!

Building a one-off engine hatch for a 50-year hot rod boat. We needed gas springs to keep the composite hatch up. The exhaust headers and tight fit to the big block V8 engine complicated the geometry. Gas Spring Shop's calculator allowed us to simulate several configurations before selecting the best one. There is no other resource like it on the internet. It allowed us to engineer a perfect solution efficiently and source the parts to build it. I will use Gas Spring Shop for my future projects.

I feel as tho Any emails that I sent were not read and understood. I asked to be contacted by phone, and no effort was made to do so. I had sent a spring to you to be matched for length and all i was told is I will receive a refund.

Because of my inexperience with gas struts,I asked for some guidance and it took almost 3 days for a response.During that time ,I became impatient,ordered what I thought was correct.It wasn't,didn.t work and one strut broke.I will be more patient next time and lower my expectations for a timely response.

Needed replacements for my RTT and they were delivered fast and work like a dream, ready to get the camping season started.

Wrong product. Called, left message to call back but never received a call. No way to return. Finally received email and was provided return authorization. Everything went smoothly from that point on. I would recommend email to contact them rather than phone call. My bad.

No one answers phone. The product failed in a very short time. I am sending back to see if they will warranty it.

After ordering and not getting any response from customer service I got an email and a phone call. I wish I had gotten the explanation sooner. Once they explained the part from Germany was not arriving for 3 weeks I was content knowing it’s on the way in a few weeks. Still haven’t received but am expecting in the next 2 weeks

Strut is functioning perfectly on my RV awning. After some difficulty with communication, the company issued me a refund for an erroneous duplicate charge. I am happy and satisfied with the performance of the strut and that I received a correct refund.. I will order from them again if necessary
