I recently bought several Cambio products from this company. Cambio is not available in London. I can highly recommend the quality of product and service. Exactly what I was hoping for. The company uses DHL for delivery which was incredibly fast. Only word of warning for delivery into UK is additional import taxes due to Brexit which has nothing to do with Penninkhof Fashion but it always annoying when DHL asked for additional payments ahead of delivery.

It’s not possible to order online if the cost to return is half the cost of the garment. I can’t buy from this shop again as no one would pay £60 to try on a garment. I have awaited a reply and not as yet received an explanation as to why my garment was so expensive to return

I bought a skirt and had to return it and the cost of overall postage was £50. I complained via 3 messages however no response. Very disappointed.

This was my first purchase from Penninkhoff. I live in the USA and was looking for a pair of Arches sandals which were unavailable here. The order confirmation was immediate and I got a call from Alexander to confirm that I wanted two pairs of the same shoe! (I did!). The shoes were shipped within 24 hours and tracking number provided. I received them in under one week, beautifully packaged and with beautiful custom tissue paper wrapped around the shoes.
