Since Brexit has become a reality, customs costs have been charged for both shipping and returns, which are not reasonable but which we as a webshop cannot change. We pay the majority of the shipping costs, but unfortunately we cannot do this for return costs. I understand your surprise and disappointment that the return costs from Northern Ireland are high and that you have to bear these costs in full. Since the Brexit and the energy crisis, transport costs to Northern Ireland have increased dramatically. We already take care of a large part of the shipping costs but unfortunately cannot do this for the return costs. We are trying to find a solution in this but the fact remains that shipments from Europe to Northern Ireland involve high transport costs. This is also the case in your situation which we find very annoying. However, it is clearly stated on our site that the return costs are to be borne by the customer.
