A great opportunity to buy beautiful Italian made shoes in larger sizes while living way out of the EU (New Zealand). Good pricing, shipping costs reasonable and super fast and reliable delivery. Overall a wonderful experience. I will be back.

These jeans have a great fit. Delivery was prompt.

My complaint is with the website. The checkout process is very glitchy. I never received an online confirmation or email with final payment or an invoice with the items purchased. It seems you're aware of the issue, but it did make for more effort on my part to get confirmation. In that regard, the customer service and support were excellent, and I received an immediate response to my questions and concerns.

i have an expensive arche shoe addiction. i buy from european companies directly because it’s just less expensive than buying arche shoes in the usa. i comparison shop. at first i was apprehensive buying from a company i hadn’t purchased from before but i found the boots i wanted, for the best price. i was so impressed with the quality and timing of communication, the speed of delivery and the updates. nothing was complicated, just efficient. great service, product and this process was repeated with my second purchase months later. a reliable, good company.

Company is not equipped for mail orders. The website is fraught with errors from ordering to shipping. Addresses, dates and almost every entry for an order is jumbled. Dates are changed, addresses are changed, wrong shipping addresses given to shipper. I have yet to receive my order and the company is essentially non-responses to problems.

Good communication with customer service and overall good experience with this company.

I ordered a sale dress from this site and it arrived within a couple of days beautifully packed. Far superior to most British shops where they take your money and don’t contact you for weeks. Will definitely use them again

I am a frequent online shopper and I had never shopped with Penninkhof before, so I asked the customer service department a few questions about returning and sending to Australia and received very efficient replies so I decided to go ahead when a good Arche boot option presented itself. I found the process to be far quicker than having something shipped from within Australia. The range of Arche footwear presented by Penninkhof was also far wider than stockists in Australia.

i typically purchase my gorgeous arche boots in overseas shops as the selection and pricing is better than in the usa. i saw the boots i wanted and tracked them down at the penninkhoff site. being a frequent on line shopper i feel i can judge good business practices. this was my first purchase from penninkhoff and it was without any concerns. professional, friendly, ethical all easily comes through. i really do highly recommend these folks.
