I ordered ｍｙ shoes from the online store on November 15, they were shipped right away, and I received my package on the 20th. I’d like to emphasize that I live in Japan, Tokyo. The footwear was bought for a present so it has been particularly disappointing and when i am eventually able to return the items the whole experience will have cost me £50. NB The boots were manufactured by Pascucci not La Ross, as described. The response from the company by telephone was quick and helpful. A followup email with returns label to copy was sent straight away for return by DHL. However, it has proved difficult to return the parcel and there appears to be no way I can speak to an employee from DHL for further help.
