Could not find eu/uk sizes etc on high clothing on website and had to phone to check before ordering. Spoke to gentleman but would have been handier to work out myself. Trousers arrived but had to return as too big and no smaller size also pull in fabric in back. Why does postage cost me €20. I paid €11.50 to return? €31.50 total lot to pay for nothing. Should it not be free postage and free returns over €50 like lost other websites. Was I paying for wrapping which was not needed/requested.
I have being a returning customer for some years now and have always been satisfied with the service and the quality of the products. This time has been no exception.
A seamless process which was managed efficiently. My only comment would be to make clear that import tax will be payable to the courier prior to delivery- the message received initially was that no payment would be necessary until after receipt which was in conflict with an email subsequently received from DHL. Given cybersecurity I was nervous as to its authenticity.

I ordered pair of K& S shoes for my mother. Couldn’t see sizing on old pairs. Guessed size 3. When they arrived, they were too small. Ordered size 4. When it arrived wasn’t a fit. Very disappointed as Mum keen to buy.Delivery & presentation of products ecxcellant. Returned both pair. Got e-mail regarding returns of only one pair. Bank statement refunded both pairs but docked a further €7.50. I intended buying from outset. I found this tricky & negative. I will not deal with company again because of it

Delighted with the fast arrival of my new High jeans which I love as they fit perfectly. This was my first time using Penninghokf webshop and I loved browsing the selection of Women’s clothes and found the website very easy to navigate. The jeans I wanted to buy were from an Italian designer which I am familiar with and I knew I wanted size Italian 42 however I was a little confused that size 42 Italian/NL 36/US 6 was shown as UK 8. Normally UK10 is Italian 42/NL36. I was very glad I chose by the italian size. Really happy I got this right.

I am happy with the purchase but I did try to contact the customer service to ask about returns when I was asked to pay a very high import tax in Thailand. About 25 to 30%! 50 euro on 169 purchase - plus shipping 40, also taxed! I received no reply from customer service. I paid the tax. The purchase said 'all charges would be covered using DHL' and it would just arrive at my door. Nothing else to do. No prior warning of this duty was given. I assumed this was already taken care of in the shipping fee.

However, customs costs are costs that are not included in the transport costs. This is also stated clearly and transparently on our site. In many countries, shipments under an amount of € 500 are allowed through without costs. Unfortunately, Thailand appears to have a strict policy in this regard. We missed your email, for which we apologize. However, it is difficult for us to lend a helping hand when a shipment is already being processed at customs.
