Cuts are perfect, wood nicely packed but. 1st order, one part was missing. They told me that they can send me the missing part but I needed to build something and couldnt wait, didnt had time to wait for them to do it. Beside that, I choosed a delivery day ( friday ) and took holiday to be there as they asked. The day-d the delivery couldnt be done this day and have been delayed to the next monday. I lost 1 day of holiday for nothing, could not work on my project during the weekend and had to ask someone to stay at my place all day long. 2nd order, all wood came completely wet and delivered at my neighboor house without any notification or phone call. Package was destroyed and a big part of the mdf wood was busted, few of them had water marks. They asked me to report all the parts with pictures, took me a while to do it. After that they decided to send me a second batch of all the parts that have been damaged. Took 1 month to have everything in order. Beside that, all cuts are nice clean and perfect. They answer in less than 24h ( open days ) to requests and emails. And the delivery is not totaly their responsibility ( but they should put "fragile" or something on the packages ) so I can understand. Could be that I am unlucky, people seems mainly happy with that platform.

Chat was very helpful when I had questions before ordering. Having 32 pieces in 9 unusual shapes cut and shipped all the way to my house felt like magic. Apart from the fact that it would not be possible to have these complex shapes cut at my local wood supplier, having the fine tolerances guaranteed is very reassuring. Prices are surprisingly low, even with shipping (all the way from the Netherlands to Sweden). There was only very minor damage to a corner on 2 of the 32 pieces. I don't know if ToSize would replace them for me, but for this project it's not critical and I'm not going to bother. Even if I'd just build a simple rectangular box in the future, I might order the pieces from ToSize. The online ordering, not having to calculate the optimal cutting scheme myself, not having to put faith in some guy at the saw and getting home delivery. All very convenient!

Ich hatte meine Bestellung (Samstag) aufgegeben un per Überweisung bezahlt. Am selben Tag hatte ich versucht die Bestellung zu stornieren. Am Dienstag in der Folgewoche bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Am Mittwoch bekam ich eine Mail, dass meine Bezahlung eingegangen ist und die Lieferung in den nächsten Tagen erfolgen wird. Auch am Mittwoch hatte ich versucht, erneut zu storniern. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten! Heute hatte ich erneut versucht den Auftrag zu stornieren und da bekam ich die automatisierte Antwort, dass die Bestellung bereits in der Produktion ist! Bitte um rasche Kontaktaufnahme!

Ik werd door tosize op een gepaste en professionele wijze geholpen bij de keuze van het lateriaal dat ik best kon gebruiken voor mijn project. Bestelling is heel gemakkelijk op de site (mijn platen moesten aan 1 zijde een schuine zijde hebben) en op de site zijn verschillende vormen te kiezen. Er is bij de bestelling een tijdsframe van 3 dagen te kiezen wat wel handig was zodat ik zeker thuis was bij de levering. De platen zaten allemaal heel goed verpakt en alles was perfect gezaagd. Online bestellen ging heel vlot mede dankzij de layout om zaaglijsten te uploaden als project. Het zaag- en schuurwerk is helemaal volgens afmeting en naar wensen uitgevoerd. Levering was keurig, op tijd en heel verzorgd.

Eenvoudige website, overzichtelijk, in één oogwenk ken je de prijs. De levertermijn is aanvaardbaar en wordt gerespecteerd. De verpakking en levering zijn correct verlopen zonder averij. Misschien een tikje duurder, maar geleverd waar je wil. Wat moet je meer hebben?

Beschadigde platen geleverd, maar geen opvolging gekregen.

Zuschnitt auf Maß und man bekommt 25€ zurück, sofern man sein Projekt teilt, beschreibt und Bilder hochlädt. Restteile aus dem Schnitt bekommt man auf Wunsch gratis. Alles in allem perfekt und gerne wieder!

Zügige Lieferung, Ware war einwandfrei verpackt, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Prima prijzen en perfect op maat gezaagd. Niet twijfelen , doen .

Der 1. Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten, auf Nachfragen habe ich erfahren, dass sich die Lieferung verzögert. Der 2. Liefertermin wurde ohne Vorab-Info ebenfalls nicht eingehalten, niemand ist gekommen. Erst beim 3. Liefertermin wurde die bestellte Platte geliefert. Obwohl sie in Folie gepackt war, war die Oberfläche der weißen Beschichtung voller Verschmutzungen, Kratzer und sogar zum Teil mit Löchern und Absplitterungen versehen. Der Kundenservice ist in der Kommunikation absolute Scheiße und weigert sich, die Platte zurückzunehmen oder auch nur einen Teil des Geldes für die miese Qualitäte rückzuerstatten. Das schlimmste Online-Portal, das ich je erlebt habe. Eine absolute Katastrophe.
