Awful. ***. Never again.
You are naturally attracted to the lower prices at Geomix. However, my experience with Geomix shows that THEY USE THE MONEY OF CONSUMERS TO FINANCE THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
As payment options which suggest payment upon delivery of the order don't work, you have to pay with a credit or debit card. The order is delivered in a couple of days, which is not such a big deal. However, as many complain here, return process is organised by Geomix in such a way, that YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY BACK FOR MONTHS after return.
I have placed an order from NL. If you are lucky to get a grip of somebody from the customer service, they will tell you how busy they are and that you should wait and contact them after 3 weeks. Then when you call after 3 weeks, they advise you to check again after 3 weeks. And so on. In fact, YOUR COST is covering their expense and existence. Only when we communicated that we expect the money back otherwise we start a law suit against them, they have returned money within a couple of days, even though previously communicated they face problem with finding the return.
Awful experience! Never Again!
