Die Ware entspricht der Bestellung. ⁰ Die nicht mitgelieferte Ware wurde in kürzester Zeit ohne zusätzlichen Kosten an mich versand und zugestellt, ähat wirklich unkompliziert und schnell geliefert, ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann laboratorium Discounter bestens empfehlen! Nous sommes une entreprise. Nous avons voulu tester leurs produits et nous avons donc passé une commande le 12 septembre 2022 (Facture INV44782 / ORD42962) avec des produits notifiés comme en stock et livrables dans les 48h. Un mois plus tard le 12 octobre, ne voyant toujours rien arriver, nous avons demandé quand la marchandise serait expédiée. La réponse fut : "La semaine prochaine" Nous avons reçu la moitié de la commande le 3 novembre, soit près de 3 semaines plus tard. La moitié manquante de la commande était notifiée comme livrable sous plus ou moins une semaine. Le 2 décembre, soit encore un mois plus tard, n'ayant AUCUNE communication, nous demandons le remboursement de la partie manquante de la commande car nous n'avons plus besoin du produit manquant. Sans réponse une nouvelle fois, deux semaines plus tard le 16 décembre, nous redemandons le remboursement de la partie manquante en envoyant 5 fois le mail. On nous répond que le produit sera disponible début janvier. NOUS NE VOULONS PLUS CE PRODUIT ET VOULONS LE REMBOURSEMENT ! Aucune réponse à ce jour. Nous sommes le 18 janvier, AUCUN PRODUIT, AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT, AUCUNE COMMUNICATION. Nous aurions dû lire les avis avant de commander dans cette misérable boite. Cette entreprise et gérée par des escrocs et nous sommes en cours de signalement à la répression des fraudes de la localité au Pays-Bas. Nous saisissons les autorités compétente de la localité de IJmuiden. Laboratorium Discounter et une sous-entreprise de un-packaging.eu

easy to order and delivered really quickly

I orders a few products with a delivery time of 4 days and received them in 2 days, very well packed and good quality, will order again

I bought from you some products and everything is fine with the order, I am very happy about it. The problem is the transporter you are working with. Indeed, this transporter firm is not professional at all. On the 8th of November 2022, I received a phone call from them and they told me they would come in the morning so I stayed at home the whole time. I have waited until 2 PM and still nobody. I tried to call this number : 03 87 76 72 67 (Metz). I waited an hour and after this hour it hung up. I tried to call again and after 15 minutes I hang up. I tried another number: 09 74 91 09 10 and I found out I had to go to a relay to pick up the order! I was home the whole time and they did not bother to come give it to me. For the shipping I paid 13,20€ and for this price I believe I can have my package delivered at home. I can guarantee I will not order from you as you are only collaborating with GLS and I won't recommand your website to anybody as well because of that matter. Please be carefull who your are collaborating with because even though your products are good and I am happy about them, the experience of the shipping ruined your efforts

The customer service stop responding to my E-Mails, so I've probably been scammed. Do not buy anything from their site.

Lab.discounter sells great products at a fair price, and some of them are real bargains, given the quality of what they ship. Their ‘own brand’ products are especially good. They might suffer from unexpected delays every now and then on products they don’t stock, but I suppose this is no different from other suppliers, given how the Covid has disrupted the worldwide supply chain. They could – and I agree with other people on that particular item – improve on reaching out when they experience those delays. But, overall, I’m super happy with all that I got from them so far. It’s definitely a great supplier.

I made a order on the 03.09.2022 and until today (04.10.2022) I received nothing. They told me on the 28.09.2022 that they will send the order on the same day but that was a lie. The order was not shipped! Maybe a scam but I hope that Visa wil refund me amount Never again....

I work a lot with hydroponics and make my own fertilizer solutions. I buy all I need at Laboratoriumdiscounter, and every time the experience is the same: the service is great, the prices are good and the delivery fast (especially considering I don't live in the Netherland). I would recommend anyone who is in professional need of chemicals or is a hobbyist chemist.

Turbo Lieferung 2 Tage einwandfrei

After 3 weeks I finally canceled the order. I was put off twice that the delivery would be sent soon. With the third and final cancellation, the delivery was then marked as sent. But the two main products are not included (which I would have ordered because of). No response due to my final cancellation. Getting the money will be difficult.

we paid in advance products of almost 500 euros with 3-4 days delivery time and now it is a month and we have not received anything, nor got our money back. they appear to be scammers and we are getting ready for a law suit if they do not respond to our last ticket. LE: only after writing the comment, somebody actually sent the parcel, one month after the advance payment. it arrived ok. too bad about the customer experience they offered...

J'ai eu un souci avec un produit que j'avais commandé. Bouteille trouée clairement dû au transporteur GLS. Après l'envoi d'un mail que j'ai rédigé en français, le service après vente de Laboratorium (société hollandaise) à réagit directement en toute confiance et m'a renvoyé une autre bouteille. Encore un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme! Je recommande !

Everything went as planned, ordered before i went out of stock myself, had a little chat over the "chat support" and everything went as the person told me. very happy with the service provided!
