Hi, You order is on hold because you ordered products which requires an end-user-declaration which till this day you did not fill in. Orders that contain registered substances are placed on hold automatically and will be released from this status if we received the form and if it has been approved. The products that require a enduser declaration will have a popup on the webpage where you can click to fill in the form, if for whatever reason you miss this you can also read it on the big red text under the prices where you can click and fill it in, last but not least this info is also written in the order confirmation. Hello, We are sorry to hear that. We would like to clear up that all items have been shipped except for one. So, the item that you are missing, which is €66,67 and not €500,00 is on back order indeed. We expect to ship that item before the end of this week. A lawsuit for a backorder that has been mentioned on the packing slip seems a bit dramatic and will cost you a lot more money than the item missing, which you will recieve shortly anyway. Receiving 16 out of 17 items and then calling us scammers seems a bit far fetched. Either way, we hope you understand some chemicals are delayed due to personnel/ raw material shortages. Good Afternoon, We really have no clue what you are talking about, the backorder has been send 1 week after your original order. We never received ANY email from you and any atempt to contact you results in no answer. We double checked our ticket system and our email and there is nothing from you requesting any kind of information. Goedemiddag, Wij hebben u een tijd geleden al gevraagd op welk rekeningnummer de credit kan, hier hebben wij helaas nog geen reactie op mogen ontvangen. M.b.t. de backorder klopt het inderdaad dat er een paar items op stonden, deze waren voor een deel wel op voorraad maar niet het aantal wat u had besteld, wat wij dan vaak doen is alvast opsturen wat wel op voorraad is zodat er in de meeste situaties toch al begonnen kan worden met de werkzaamheden.
