Lab.discounter sells great products at a fair price, and some of them are real bargains, given the quality of what they ship. Their ‘own brand’ products are especially good. They might suffer from unexpected delays every now and then on products they don’t stock, but I suppose this is no different from other suppliers, given how the Covid has disrupted the worldwide supply chain. They could – and I agree with other people on that particular item – improve on reaching out when they experience those delays. But, overall, I’m super happy with all that I got from them so far. It’s definitely a great supplier.

I made a order on the 03.09.2022 and until today (04.10.2022) I received nothing. They told me on the 28.09.2022 that they will send the order on the same day but that was a lie. The order was not shipped! Maybe a scam but I hope that Visa wil refund me amount Never again....

I buy all I need at Laboratoriumdiscounter, and every time the experience is the same: the service is great, the prices are good and the delivery fast (especially considering I don't live in the Netherland). I would recommend anyone who is in professional need of chemicals or is a hobbyist chemist.

After 3 weeks I finally canceled the order. I was put off twice that the delivery would be sent soon. With the third and final cancellation, the delivery was then marked as sent. But the two main products are not included (which I would have ordered because of). No response due to my final cancellation. Getting the money will be difficult.

Potje kopersulfaat besteld, volgende dag in huis! enorm snel voor de situatie op de markt.
Zwei Produkte der Bestellung wurden geliefert, auf die Verzögerungsanfrage wurde geantwortet, aber das war das einzige mal, wo das funktioniert hat. Bis hierher war noch alles gut. Aber die Chemie-Schutzhandschuhe wurden nicht geliefert. Mehrere Nachfragen zum Verbleib der Ware über vier Monate verteilt, wurden nicht beantwortet, die Ware ist bis heute geliefert worden und die Bitte um Rückerstattung der 15 Euro wurde einfach stillschweigend igrnoriert. Das ist inakzeptabler Kundenservice und Diebstahl. Entweder ist es Schlamperei, und/oder einfach Betrug oder korrupt. Wenn Sie kein Geld verlieren wollen, dann Halten Sie sich von dieser Frima fern. Was bringen günstige Preise, wenn man keine Ware, keine Antworten und keine Rückerstattung erhält? So ist es am Schluss viel teurer, weil man es doch irgendwo anders bestellen muss, hat Ärger und viel Aufwand. Auch wenn ein Teil der Ware geliefert wird, ist das Gelieferte viel zu teuer, weil man ja die Kosten für die nicht gelieferte Ware auf die gelieferte Ware anrechnen muss. Not sending payed items for more than 4 months and not answering to requests on the "whereabout" of the item is not ok and no acceptable customer treatment! And if you do not send or refund them at all, it is theft!!!

We never received ANY email from you and any atempt to contact you results in no answer. We double checked our ticket system and our email and there is nothing from you requesting any kind of information. Drie maanden geleden Gallium, een deel Erlenmeyers, Bekerglasen en spuitflessen besteld bij Laboratoriumdiscounter. Na 1 maand contact met hun moeten opnemen omdat de levering uitbleef ... na een mailtje kregen we als antwoord "Dat is wel vreemd, ik ga hier gelijk even achter aan en zorg dat het vandaag verstuurd wordt". Blijkbaar hebben zij stock of stock beheer problem want er werd maar de helft van de bestelling gestuurd ... nu 2 maanden nadien staat het missend deel nog steeds open.
Goedemiddag, Wij hebben u een tijd geleden al gevraagd op welk rekeningnummer de credit kan, hier hebben wij helaas nog geen reactie op mogen ontvangen. M.b.t. de backorder klopt het inderdaad dat er een paar items op stonden, deze waren voor een deel wel op voorraad maar niet het aantal wat u had besteld, wat wij dan vaak doen is alvast opsturen wat wel op voorraad is zodat er in de meeste situaties toch al begonnen kan worden met de werkzaamheden. Op 22 april besteld. Weken later nog niks ontvangen dus gemaild via de site. Kreeg daar tot 2x toe geen reactie op. Vorige week gebeld. Niemand nam op. 2 dagen later weer gebeld en nu nam er wel iemand op. kreeg te horen dat er iets vertraging was maar dat het binnen was en die dag nog vestuurd zou worden. Nu 5 dagen later staat mijn bestelling nog steeds op"wachten op verzenden". Vandaag weer gebeld maar er neemt weer niemand op. Update: uiteindelijk iemand op de chatgesproken die zei dat de telefoon dood was. Toen is het opgelost.
